What has happened here? DIY screenprinting problem and solutions.

I had the chance to print a design for a local rock band.
Some of the shirts after the first washing machine cycle were ruined (the print seems crumbled).

So what has happened?

First, I washed the t-shirt to take the finissage glues off, after the drying, I have used the iron to fix the color as usual.

So what could be the problem?

Too early wash or high-temperature cycle? It seems not.

Finally, I understand that, by using a bicomponent color, I added too much fixer and this caused an unstable print.

I fix the error by reprinting over.

Chi prima arriva meglio alloggia:)

I primi dieci che partecipano potranno avere la stampa della propria grafica nel corso della serata.
Verrà allestito un piccolo laboratorio serigrafico all'interno del circolo e quindi sarà possibile vedere in diretta tutte le fasi di lavorazione, fino a giungere alla stampa.

Partecipanti: 10

Regole:
1) portare il file digitale della grafica da stampare (chiavetta usb, cd, dvd, hard disk, sd card, ecc...),
2) il formato massimo di stampa è l' A4,
3) la stampa sarà ad un colore (se si porta un file con una grafica in più colori, questa sarà ridotta ad un colore unico),
4) si possono portare supporti diversi su cui stampare e cioè carta, tessuto (fibre naturali come il cotone, quindi t-shirt, foulard, ecc...) e legno,
5) sono ammesse al massimo tre stampe per partecipante.
